Omega Latin Dance brings the heat as we teach free salsa and bachata lessons. Let loose, get moving, and feel the summer vibes.

What we do
Latin dance school in Mississauga. Offering Salsa and Bachata classes for beginner, intermediate, and advance levels. Social night practices included. Sharing the love of dance and fitness with our community.
Our Story
Omega Latin Dance was formed as an extension of the existing family fitness centre that was established in 1994 by Hugh Wilson.
Although one of the newest dance schools in town, the instructors (Hugh and his partner Natalia Pankova) are no strangers to the social scene of Salsa and Bachata dancing. Their priority when teaching is to support development in others, have fun and keep moving.
All classes are taught and monitored by Hugh and Natalia personally to ensure everyone gets the right level of attention while enjoying the experience.
